1. Who we are

QueueCraft is operated by YYA, Petah Tikva, Israel, which is the controller of your data. Contact: support@wecore.org.

2. What we collect

• Account details: email address and name.
• Content and media you write or upload for your posts.
• Identifiers of the social accounts you connect, and the OAuth tokens you authorise.
• Basic usage logs needed to run and secure the service.

3. What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use your data for advertising profiling.
• We use data obtained from platforms only to publish what you schedule and to show your connected account name and avatar in the app.

4. TikTok

We use TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API only to let you publish your own videos and posts to your own TikTok account after you authorise it. We store the access token encrypted. We do not read or store your private TikTok data beyond what is needed to publish and to show your account name and avatar in the app. You can revoke access at any time in TikTok under Settings > Security & permissions > Manage apps, and in QueueCraft by disconnecting the account. When you disconnect, we delete the token.

5. Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X and other platforms

The same principle applies to every platform: access is granted by you through the platform's official authorisation, used only to publish what you schedule and show your account name and avatar, stored as encrypted tokens, revocable in the platform's own settings and in QueueCraft, and deleted when you disconnect.

6. Retention

When you delete your account, your content is deleted within 30 days. Tokens are deleted when you disconnect an account.

7. Security

Tokens are stored encrypted and traffic uses HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, export of, or deletion of your data by emailing support@wecore.org. See also data deletion.

9. Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and operate the service.

10. International transfers

QueueCraft is operated from Israel and hosted on cloud infrastructure in Europe. Data may be processed in these locations.

11. Children

QueueCraft is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

12. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
