Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 October 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using QueueCraft you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
QueueCraft is a web app that lets you write posts, schedule them in a calendar and publish them to the social media accounts you connect. QueueCraft is operated by YYA, Petah Tikva, Israel.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Connecting third-party accounts
You authorise QueueCraft to act on your behalf on a platform only through that platform's official OAuth authorisation. You remain responsible for your content and for complying with each platform's terms and community guidelines.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- send spam or unsolicited bulk content;
- post illegal, infringing, deceptive or harmful content;
- abuse automation, for example to evade platform limits or manipulate engagement;
- publish content that violates the policies of TikTok, Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X or any other connected platform;
- attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.
6. Content ownership
You keep ownership of your content. You grant QueueCraft a limited licence to store, process and transmit your content only as needed to deliver the service, including sending it to the platforms you choose.
7. Availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and platforms may change or restrict their interfaces, which can affect publishing.
8. Termination and disconnecting
You can disconnect any social account or stop using QueueCraft at any time; see data deletion. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these Terms or to comply with a platform's requirements or the law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, YYA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or actions taken by a platform against your account or content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version; continued use after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.
